The legal entity operating this site is named on your Stripe receipt and card statement, and is provided on request by email.
What we collect
- If you buy a position: the business name and website you submit, your email address, the amount, and Stripe’s identifiers for the payment. We use these to take the payment, send your receipt, place you on the board, tell you if you lose the top spot, and answer support questions.
- If you ask for a removal: the business name, your email, and whatever you write in the message.
- Publicly listed businesses: business name, website address, and where we found them. This is public business information, not personal information about you.
- Ordinary server logs, including IP address, kept briefly to rate-limit abuse and debug failures.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run advertising trackers, advertising pixels or cross-site profiling. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles payment details directly.
Who else touches it
- Stripe processes payments and holds the payment record.
- Resend delivers receipts and notification emails.
- Vercel and Supabase host the site and its database.
Each of these receives only what it needs to do that job.
Email you get from us
Only transactional mail: a receipt, a notice that you lost the top spot in a category you paid for, and replies to things you asked about. No marketing list, no newsletter. Ask and we will stop sending the outbid notices.
Keeping and deleting
Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else we delete on request, other than what we must keep for a financial record. Email support@cleveland.click and say what you want removed, or use the removal form for a business listing.
